Sovereign Capital completed the acquisition of Zenitech.

Sovereign Capital, a buy-and-build private equity specialist, completed the acquisition of Zenitech, an outsourced software development strategic business consulting and tech services provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are delighted to be backing this highly capable and entrepreneurial management team who we have got to know over the last three years.
