Nexus Capital Management, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Natural Balance, a pet food manufacturer and supplier, from J.M. Smucker, a manufacturer of food products. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are extremely excited by the opportunity to acquire the Natural Balance business.
