Polyethylene Containers, a manufacturer of plastic pails & drums, completed the acquisition of pails division of Rehrig Pacific, a manufacturer of plastic containers. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Rehrig Pacific has a strong reputation for excellent manufacturing and product development, and we're proud to be carrying this product line forward at PCI.
