Lloyd’s Register to acquire C-MAP Commercial business of Navico.

Lloyd’s Register, an international provider of classification, compliance and consultancy services to the marine and offshore industries, agreed to acquire C-MAP Commercial business of Navico, a marine electronics company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “C-Map Commercial is a fantastic business with great potential and this is exciting news for anyone associated with the business.
