Trenitalia completed the acquisition of the remaining 49% stake in Netinera from Cube Infrastructure for €118m.

Trenitalia, a train operator in Italy, completed the acquisition of the remaining 49% stake in Netinera, a railway company operating in Germany, from Cube Infrastructure, an independent Luxembourgian management company, for €118m. Netinera operates 230 locomotives and 1,500 buses entrusted to 3,540 workers, which contribute to the travel of 29m trains per kilometer and 55m buses per kilometer.
