Brookfield to acquire Everise from Everstone for $450m.

Brookfield Asset Management, an alternative asset management company, agreed to acquire Everise, a Singapore-headquartered, next generation customer experience solutions and technology company, from private equity firm Everstone, for $450m. "In Everise, we see a high-quality customer experience solutions provider with deep domain capabilities in attractive healthcare and tech verticals, serving a diverse set of marquee global customers. Its strong management team and differentiated business model positions the company well for further global growth," Aditya Joshi, Brookfield Senior Vice President.
