Portobello Capital completed the acquisition of Poligof from 21 Invest.

Spanish private equity firm Portobello Capital completed the acquisition of Poligof, an Italian manufacturer of backsheet film, from investment firm 21 Invest. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This operation confirms 21 Invest's attitude in caring for the long-term industrial growth of investee companies, reacting proactively even in the midst of a pandemic. Poligof is today an industrial group that will continue to grow and establish itself in new international markets," Alessandro Benetton, 21 Invest Founder.
