NSK completed the acquisition of B&K Vibro from Spectris for €169m.

NSK, a manufacturer of bearings, completed the acquisition of B&K Vibro, a supplier of machinery protection and condition monitoring systems, from Spectris, a supplier of precision instrumentation and controls, for €169m ($206m).
