Ardian-backed Swissbit completed the acquisition of Hyperstone from CML Microsystems for $49m.

Ardian-backed Swissbit, a specialist producer of industrial-grade data-storage and embedded IoT solutions, completed the acquisition of Hyperstone, the storage division, from CML Microsystems, a British-based manufacturer of semiconductors, for $49m. The proceeds of the disposal will provide CML Microsystems with the financial flexibility to maximise its future growth potential.
