Fisola, an industrial group specialized in the manufacture of large metallic structures such as low, medium, and high voltage iron fittings and other accessories, railway equipment, luminaires, and other metallic structures, completed the acquisition of Eurogalva, an industrial services company, dedicated to coating processes of metallic surfaces, specialised in hot-dip galvanization. Financial terms were not disclosed. Founded in 2005, as part of an industrial conglomerate, Eurogalva was acquired by its management team in 2014. Since then, the company has been growing organically and investing in the continuous improvement of its processes. This acquisition will allow Eurogalva to accelerate its long-term growth strategy and development of new processes in order to consolidate its position in the industrial sector.
