Quad-C Management completed the acquisition of Learners Edge from L Squared Capital Partners.

Quad-C Management, a middle market private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Learners Edge, a provider of self-paced online and print-based continuing education courses, from L Squared Capital Partners, an investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. We are incredibly proud of what we accomplished working with Jim and the management team at Learners Edge.
