EMK Capital-backed Broad Horizon completed the acquisition of Pink Elephant.

EMK Capital-backed Broad Horizon, which offers business consultancy and applications, database management, IT infrastructure, and cloud solutions, completed the acquisition of Pink Elephant, a global training, consulting and conference service provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. "What makes Pink Elephant special is their personal approach. We see this reflected in the quality they deliver, the way they deal with customers and in their internal culture.
