EMK Capital-backed Broad Horizon, which offers business consultancy and applications, database management, IT infrastructure, and cloud solutions, completed the acquisition of Pink Elephant, a global training, consulting and conference service provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. "What makes Pink Elephant special is their personal approach.
