Arctic Canadian Diamond completed the acquisition of Ekati Mine from Dominion Diamond.

Arctic Canadian Diamond, a Canadian mining company, completed the acquisition of Ekati Mine, a surface and underground diamond mine, from Dominion Diamond, a mining company. Additional investors include DDJ Capital Management, Brigade Capital Management, and Western Asset Management.
