Accursia Capital completed the acquisition of GA Actuation Systems from JAEDO for $19m.

Accursia Capital, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of GA Actuation Systems, an OEM manufacturer for the aerospace industry, from JAEDO for $19m. “GA Actuation offers significant growth and value enhancement potential that will need to be implemented in the coming months. In addition, we have already identified significant operational synergy potentials with portfolio companies from the Accursia Group in the transaction process. GA is already the 5th transaction in 2020 and underscores Accursia's strong growth path," Martin Scheiblegger, Accursia Capital CEO.
