Indaba Capital Management completed the acquisition of a 7.5% stake in Benefitfocus for $25m.

Indaba Capital Management, a hedge fund, completed the acquisition of a 7.5% stake in Benefitfocus, a provider of cloud-based benefits software solutions, for $25m. The stake was acquired for investment purposes in the ordinary course of business.
