Individual FoodService completed the acquisition of Brady Industries form Alvarez & Marsal.

Individual FoodService, a distributor of foodservice disposables and janitorial and sanitation services, completed the acquisition of Brady Industries, a JanSan distributor, from Alvarez & Marsal.
