Amphenol Technologies to acquire El-Cab.

Amphenol Technologies, a major producer of electronic and fiber optic connectors, cable and interconnect systems such as coaxial cables, agreed to acquire El-Cab, which manufactures and sells various types of cable harnesses. Financial terms were not disclosed. The closing of the transaction is subject to the approval of the relevant authorities.
