A&M Capital Partners-backed Pritchard Industries completed the acquisition of Global Industrial Services.

A&M Capital Partners-backed Pritchard Industries, a provider of facilities services, completed the acquisition of Global Industrial Services, a regional provider of janitorial, snow removal and landscaping services to commercial office and telecom clients. Financial terms were not disclosed. Global complements Pritchard by diversifying the Company’s service mix and bolsters its footprint within existing and new geographies. The combination enhances Pritchard’s exterior services offering to include snow removal and landscaping services and expands the Company into Pennsylvania while strengthening its existing Northeast presence.
