Azara Healthcare to merge with Population Health Division of SPH Analytics.

Azara Healthcare, a provider of data-driven analytics, agreed to merge with Population Health Division of SPH Analytics, a healthcare measurement and analytics platform. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited to merge our population health division with Azara Healthcare to create a standalone company with a relentless focus on improving care quality and patient outcomes while responsibly managing costs.
