Auctus Capital Partners completed the acquisition of Energiekonzepte Mitteldeutschland.

Auctus Capital Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Energiekonzepte Mitteldeutschland, a provider of solar panels for residential buildings. Financial terms were not disclosed. AUCTUS will support EKM in its further growth and acquisitions so that EKM can continue its successful growth path. The planned acquisitions will focus on installation companies and sales partners throughout Germany.
