Weinberg Capital Partners completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Marcel & Fils from Azulis Capital and Amundi Private Equity Funds.

Weinberg Capital Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Marcel & Fils, a French organic supermarket chain, from investment companies Azulis Capital and Amundi Private Equity Funds. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are delighted to be able to support Emmanuel in this new phase of development of marcel&fils.
