Linden Capital Partners completed a majority investment in Specialty Networks.

Linden Capital Partners, a private equity firm, completed a majority investment in Specialty Networks, a technology-enabled group purchasing organization that serves urology practices for pharmaceutical companies. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We chose to partner with the Linden team for the next phase of the Company’s growth due to their exclusive focus on healthcare investing and shared vision for Specialty Networks.
