Guardian Capital completed the acquisition of wealth management business from BNY Mellon.

Guardian Capital, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of wealth management business from BNY Mellon, a global investments company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We believe Guardian Capital will be a great steward to help invest and grow the WMAS business.
