Canadian Overseas Petroleum, an international oil and gas exploration and development company, completed the acquisition of Atomic Oil & Gas, a closely-held private oil and gas company, for $54m. This strategic acquisition would represent a step change in the capacity and revenue generating opportunities open to Canadian Overseas Petroleum.
