Livingbridge, a private equity firm based in London, United Kingdom, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Better Medical and SmartClinics, an Australian clinics operators. Financial terms were not disclosed. “In combining Better Medical and SmartClinics we have created a significant positive force in the Australian general practice market.
