KKR-backed Elsan Group, a private hospital group, completed the acquisition of Groupe C2S, a France-based company operating private clinics, from Eurazeo, a private equity firm. The implementation of this merger, subject to a prior consultation process with the relevant employee representative bodies, as well as the agreement of the competition authorities, would take place during the first half of 2021.
