Antin Infrastructure Partners to acquire a 50% stake in DESS Aquaculture Shipping from Mowi and Hemen for €115m.

Antin Infrastructure Partners, a private equity firm focused on infrastructure investments, agreed to acquire a 50% stake in DESS Aquaculture Shipping, a company that provides various types of vessels to support the aquaculture industry, from Mowi, a seafood company, and Hemen for €115m. Closing of the transaction is subject to, inter alia, customary closing conditions.
