Centerbridge Partners-backed American Bath Group completed the acquisition of DreamLine from MPE Partners.

Centerbridge Partners-backed American Bath Group, a manufacturer of showers, bathtubs, and related accessories, completed the acquisition of DreamLine, a provider of branded premium glass shower doors, enclosures, and accessorie, from Morgenthaler Private Equity, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "DreamLine is excited to become part of American Bath Group's comprehensive line of bathware products and brands.
