Tiger Global, an American investment firm, led a $65m series D funding round in Qualia, a real estate and mortgage industry’s digital closing platform, with participation from 8VC and Menlo Ventures. “In recent years, new real estate and mortgage business models designed to meet the needs of the modern consumer have emerged.
