Gilde Buy Out Partners to acquire TonerPartner from Invision Private Equity.

Gilde Buy Out Partners, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire TonerPartner, a provider of printer cartridges and toner, from Invision Private Equity, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Together with Invision, we are proud that TonerPartner continued writing our success story. Our company is now poised for the next period of international growth together with Gilde Buy Out Partners and we look forward to this new challenge.
