Evoqua completed the acquisition of the industrial water business of Ultrapure & Industrial Services.

Evoqua Water Technologies, a mission-critical water treatment solutions provider, completed the acquisition of the industrial water business of Ultrapure & Industrial Services, a subsidiary of Driessen Water and industrial water treatment company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “For over 20 years, Ultrapure’s industrial operations has built a reputation as a trusted partner, providing reliable water solutions and services to their broad customer portfolio.
