Platinum Equity-backed BlueCrest to acquire BCC Software from Thompson Street Capital Partners.

Platinum Equity-backed BlueCrest, a provider of enterprise print, mail and customer communications, agreed to acquire BCC Software, a provider of postal and presort software solutions in North America, from Thompson Street Capital Partners. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We’ve been actively looking for ways we could expand our capabilities in the software space at BlueCrest.
