Clearlake Capital-backed Wheel Pros completed the acquisition of Just Wheels & Tires.

Clearlake Capital-backed Wheel Pros, the designer, manufacturer, and distributor of branded automotive aftermarket wheels, performance tires, suspension products and accessories, completed the acquisition of Just Wheels & Tires, a designer and distributor of proprietary aftermarket custom wheels. Financial terms were not disclosed.
