Consupago and José Ramón Chedraui Eguía completed the acquisition of Fisofo from Financiera Independencia.

Consupago, a financial institution company, and José Ramón Chedraui Eguía, Consubanco Chairman, completed the acquisition of Fisofo from Financiera Independencia, a Mexican microfinance credit company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
