Ideagen completed the acquisition of Huddle from Icon Ventures and Turn River Capital for £28.1m.

Ideagen, a supplier of regulatory and compliance software, completed the acquisition of Huddle, a provider of SaaS solutions, from Icon Ventures, a venture capital firm, and Turn River Capital, a technology focused private equity fund, for £28.1m.
