Gulf Energy Development to acquire 40% interest in PTT Natural Gas for $90m.

Gulf Energy Development, a private power producer by capacity, agreed to acquire 40% interest in PTT Natural Gas, a gas distribution arm of PTT Group, for $90m. PTT Natural Gas operates a natural gas distribution business by investing in distribution pipeline systems to serve over 250 industrial customers in 13 industrial areas in Bangkok and Rayong.
