Empresa de Energía del Cono Sur, an Argentine power company, and Integra Capital, an investment service in London, completed the acquisition of a 51% stake in Edenor, an electricity distributor in Argentina, from Pampa Energía, the largest independent energy company in Argentina, for $99m. "The sale of our stake in Edenor is part of our strategic investment plan aiming to continue expanding the power generation installed capacity and developing unconventional natural gas reserves," Pampa Energía.
