SpectrumOne, a technology company listed on Nasdaq First North Growth Market, completed its acquisition of 28% stake in Eniro, a firm that publishes catalogs and telephone directories, and offers search-related services on the Internet, for c. $19m. "Having the opportunity and the mandate to make the deal of the decade for SpectrumOne is nothing less than a great honor and a huge privilege for me, my board and the management team.
