Wynnchurch Capital completed the acquisition of Huntington Foam.

Wynnchurch Capital, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Huntington Foam, a manufacturer and distributor of packaging products. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Huntington is highly regarded across the industry as a market leader in providing custom foam fabricating solutions to a wide range of end markets.
