Top Online Partners Group completed the acquisition of Refunder Scandinavia from Bonnier and eEquity for $24.6m.

Top Online Partners Group, a British cashback website, agreed to acquire Refunder Scandinavia, an e-commerce platform, from Bonnier Ventures and eEquity for $24.6m. The transaction will be closed in tranches and TOPG will have full ownership of Refunder by 2024. “Becoming part of TOPG gives us an enormous strength in the Nordic market. We will now be able to attract even more high-end brands to our platform, and the offer to our 700,000 members will be far better than anything else on the market. We have many super cool features that will be launched on the platform during the coming year," Fredrik Ohlsson, Refunder CEO and Co-Founder.
