Egmont Publishing completed the acquisition of Royal Design Gro0up from Verdane and eEquity.

Egmont Publishing, an e-commerce company, completed an investment in Royal Design Group, a home furnishing company, from private equity firms Verdane and eEquity. ”We have been following RoyalDesign’s growth journey with interest over the past several years.
