ISW completed the acquisition of Bilfinger Maschinenbau.

ISW, a company manufacturing fabricated plate work products, such as boilers, completed the acquisition of Bilfinger Maschinenbau, a company that specialises in construction and maintenance of power plants and industrial facilities. Financial terms were not disclose. The integration of Bilfinger Maschinenbau into the ISW Group creates one of the largest contract manufacturers in the field of large parts production in Europe, the production program is continuous from material cutting to welding, heat treatment, machining technology, assembly and surface finishing in the weight range from 500kg to 300 tons.
