Alma Media to acquire a 75.5% stake in Digitaalinen asuntokauppa DIAS for $17m.

Alma Media, a Finnish media and digital service business company, agreed to acquire a 75.5% stake in Digitaalinen asuntokauppa DIAS, a digital home trading platform, for $17m. "DIAS has succeeded in establishing exceptional cooperation with the whole industry and it is great that this work will make Alma a successor. We have a long experience of working with Alma and we believe that now the pace of digitalisation in the housing trade is accelerating even further," Sami Honkonen, Digitaalinen asuntokauppa DIAS CEO.
