Sval Energi, an oil and gas company, completed the acquisition of Edison Norge, a company that controls the group's hydrocarbon exploration and production activities in Norway, for $300m. “Sval is a fast-moving growth business.This acquisition is another step in our clear ambition, demonstrating that we are determined to become a significant player on the NCS.
