Onex completed the acquisition of Falcon Investment Advisors.

Onex, an investment manager, completed the acquisition of Falcon Investment Advisors, a US-based private credit manager. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Over the last 20 years, we have earned our reputation as a creative, flexible credit manager in the US middle market. Onex greatly enhances Falcon’s ability to develop a wider range of private credit portfolios, and thus fully leverage Falcon’s origination and deal structuring resources," Sandeep Alva, Falcon Founder and Managing Partner.
