UGI completed the acquisition of Mountaineer Gas for $540m.

UGI, a distributor and marketer of energy products and services, completed the acquisition of Mountaineer Gas, the largest gas local distribution company in West Virginia, for $540m. “We are very pleased to complete this important acquisition and expand our core utility operations in the mid-Atlantic region.
