AvidXchange completed the acquisition of Core Associates.

AvidXchange, a provider of accounts payable and payment automation solutions for the middle market, completed the acquisition of Core Associates, a computer software company that specializes in providing processing and content management software. Financial terms were not disclosed. "There is no better way to start 2021 than by welcoming Core Associates customers, partners and employees to AvidXchange.
