LDC-backed Linley & Simpson completed the merger with MML Capital-backed Lomond Capital in a £100m deal.

LDC-backed Linley & Simpson, a real estate brokerage, completed the merger with MML Capital-backed Lomond Capital, a holder and owner of securities of companies, in a £100m ($136m) deal. ”LDC has been a great supporter of our strategy to grow through acquisition.
