Watermill Group completed the acquisition of Weston Forest.

Watermill Group, a strategy-driven private investment firm, completed the acquisition of Weston Forest, a distributor and remanufacturer of softwood & hardwood lumber and specialty panel products, a private investment firm based in Canada. Additional investor includes Walter Capital Partners. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This is a historic event for everyone at Weston Forest.
